WE DID IT!

We finally moved to our forever home! It isn't much yet, but over time it will be our dream home. We moved to Wedgwood Forest mainly because we found a home that was perfect for our budget that needed some renovations. We got an amazing deal on the house, the neighborhood sells in for $275k plus and we got the home for $192k. We have replaced all the flooring and painted the whole house. We have new appliances coming this week and have replaced the washer and dryer. The home itself is beautiful inside now (except for the two bathrooms upstairs). The outside still needs a lot of work, but that will come in time. We plan to add stone, new siding and redo the landscaping within the next two years. We have been a little frustrated at this point, it's been a whole month and we only moved in about a week ago. We were living with the Mumbower's for a bit while we were getting the house ready to live. We also have had trouble with bugs, the exterminator is coming tomorrow. Can't wait to get rid of the ants and sprickets! Over all, the neighborhood has been the absolute best part! We made friends with our neighbors immediately! They are the nicest people ever! We've met lots of other neighbors who have come out to see all the new things we are doing. The are very excited that this neglected house is getting a new life. I wish we could move a little faster with our renovations but we have to be realistic to keep our sanity and budget intact.
