Wow, I think we had one of the best Sundays yet! Dan woke up early and went to Tom's to pick up an extra fridge they were getting rid of so we can stock pile frozen stuff now! YEAH! When Tom and Dan dropped off the fridge. Tom helped Dan bring Bray's dresser into the garage. I am re-purposing the dresser. I have already painted the doors Hertiage Red and they look great! I am hoping the rest of the piece turns out just as well. It's going to look great in his room after it's finished. Then Dan came home and we all got ready to go to the park to meet the Collins Family. Madison is deeply in love with their son, Ayden. They went to TLC together and now they have been separated since Madison started kindergarten. We got to the park first and waited for Ayden's arrival. We were extremely shocked that Madison was so shy around him at first. She wouldn't even look at him for the first 20 minutes. Then she warmed up. She walked around the playground holding his hand and then walked hand and hand with each other to the lake. It was so darn cute! After feeding the ducks we took a walk to the stage and the kids ran and played until 430! It was such a nice day. Lisa and Scott's boys are such wonderful kids, my three got along fantastic with them! Lisa took some amazing pictures of the kids playing! They are absolutely precious and I'm so glad she passed them along.
After the park, we ran some errands and then headed to Grammy and Pop's house for pizza. They played some more and then headed home for baths and bedtime routine. It was the perfect fun pack Sunday for everyone. We loved hanging with the Collins family and topped it off with some Grammy and Pop time. And if you can believe it for the first time EVER...Dan did NOT watch an ounce of football! :)
