The Great Potato Dig!

Mandy and her family invited us to the Great Potato Dig, and since I love anything on a farm we decided to do it! It was such a fun time!!! When we first got there they did a presentation on potatoes and then loaded us on three tractors full for the petting zoo and the hayride. When we were done the hayride we went into the field and dug for potatoes. At first the kids were complaining they couldn't find anything but as we dug further we found plenty! We ended up with 15lbs of potatoes.  Then we headed to the barn and had hot dogs and fresh cut French fries and fresh potato chips (which were AMAZING). The kids had barrels rides and face painting. Madison did a potato craft.  What a great experience for the kids and us!!!
